I love the learning shown in these photos. Investigations is a very important part of our Amaroo curriculum. We believe that kids should be allowed to explore their learning in ways they believe to be important. I talked to a child this week after he built a bridge during Investigation time. He talked about how he found bridges fascinating after watching a show on the Discovery channel the previous night. I encourage all parents to help guide their children's thinking on the way to school with comments such "What do you think you will learn about in Investigations time?" and follow it up that afternoon with some reflective questions about how they went. ReplyDeleteGreat work Madelynne with your words on the magnetic board. It looks like lots of fun!
ReplyDeleteTracey Madelynne did a fantastic job with her words. She didnt need any help from me. It has been great to see the progress she has made so far. I can't wait to see what words she creates next.
DeleteThank you. It has been a great learning journey for all of us in KBMS and is a great way for the students to start using technology in their everyday learning in class. We will try to make sure we keep our updates coming regularly.
