SLA@M students visit KBMS

Every Wednesday we are very lucky to have some students from the SLA@M group in year 10 visit our class and help us in our learning about science. Each week the 3 SLA@M students visit and work with a small group to complete a new science experiments. This has been a great opportunity to KBMS to learn off their peers and to develop a relationship with the older students in our school. It is also a great opportunity for the SLA@M students to develop their leadership skills as they prepare to enter College next year.
Here are a few snap shots of the wonderful learning that has been happening in our class each Wednesday.

Dance Term 3

Last term KBMS were learning all about Dance. Cristian from our class enjoys learning dance outside of school. We were very lucky to have Cristian show us his special Chilean Dance custom and speak to us a little bit about what he learns in Chilean Dance. It was very interesting and we loved hearing about dance from another culture.
